All steps must be completed within the campaign period to be eligible for the $20 lifestyle voucher.
Upon successful completion and validation of the steps, you will receive the voucher redemption email within 30 days. The voucher redemption email will include a redemption URL and the steps to redeem the voucher in our partner’s website.
The campaign runs from 9 September to 8 December 2024.

You must be a registered user of MyHealth360 mobile app, completed your health profile in the MyHealth360 app, and registered for Healthier SG with Parkway Shenton or Parkway MediCentre via HealthHub app or in-clinic within campaign period. Upon successful completion and validation, you will receive the voucher redemption email within 30 days.
No, only Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents aged 40 years and above are eligible to participate in this campaign.

Yes, you can redeem your voucher using the provided redemption URL found in the email sent, but you must complete the requirements within the campaign period (9 September to 8 December 2024) to receive it.
You can redeem your voucher by tapping on the redemption URL sent to your registered email with MyHealth360, and following the instructions listed on the URL. You may refer to the step-by-step video below.
Each voucher is valid for up to 36 months (3 years) after the delivery date. After you have selected and redeemed your voucher by choosing a participating merchant's voucher, the validity of the voucher may change, subject to the merchant's terms and conditions.
