We understand how challenging it can be to visit a clinic when you’re feeling unwell. With our TeleConsult service, you can have a video consultation with Parkway Shenton doctors from the comfort of your home or office, allowing you to get your symptoms assessed and treated promptly.
TeleConsult is available by appointment or on demand via the MyHealth360 app from Monday to Friday, 8.30m - 5.30pm and Saturday, 8.30am - 12.30pm.
Corporate employees are welcome to use TeleConsult. Simply download the MyHealth360 app to video-call a doctor or schedule an online consultation at your convenience. You can also view your medical certificates (MCs) on the app and make cashless payments safely and securely.
Each TeleConsult session is priced at $22 (inclusive of GST). Additional charges for medication and delivery will be reflected in your total bill before payment.

To ensure seamless functionality, kindly ensure your iOS device is running on version 14 or above, and your Android device on version 10 or above.
Step 1: Download MyHealth360 on your mobile phone or tablet.
Step 2: Select ”TeleConsult with a Doctor”.
Step 3: Sign up or log in to your account.
Step 4: Join the waiting room to see a doctor immediately, or schedule a same-day appointment with your preferred doctor at a timing of your choice.
Step 5: Consult with your doctor.
Step 6: You will receive your consultation summary, payment invoice and MC (if any) in-app after the appointment.

Kindly ensure that you have your NRIC/FIN readily available for the purpose of identity verification. Corporate patients are additionally requested to have their benefit card prepared for the consultation process.
Patients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian above the age of 21 years old. Should the doctor deem you unsuitable for TeleConsult, our Clinic Associate will communicate with you and recommend a visit to a physical clinic instead. No charges will be applied for such instances.
Upon the conclusion of your consultation, an electronic medical certificate (eMC) will be sent to your MyHealth360 account. Additionally, your TeleConsult summary and payment receipt/invoice can be conveniently accessed within the MyHealth360 app.
After payment is made for your TeleConsult, you will be notified via SMS and MyHealth360 app push notifications to view your TeleConsult summary. The summary may consist of receipts, doctor's memos and/or referral letters and eMCs. Alternatively, you may tap on “Medical Records” to access the TeleConsult summary at any time.
Patients are encouraged to discuss any concerns regarding prescribed medication with the doctor during the consultation. Should a patient decide against receiving or purchasing the prescribed medication, they are advised to inform the doctor before the consultation ends. Kindly note that once medication has been dispatched, refunds will not be provided.
We strive to deliver your medication on the same day as your TeleConsult session. Delays may be caused by unforeseen circumstances. Should this happen, our Clinic Associate will contact you promptly to arrange for an alternative plan.
After the TeleConsult session ends, you will be notified through an SMS or app push notification to complete payment online using a credit or debit card.
